Once in a while when I have absolutely nothing else to do I like to watch "Ace of Cakes" on the Food Network. The last time I saw it, they had a mock Iron Chef scrapple competition, where one guy did a traditional version and the other did a vegan version. Probably the only thing worse than scrapple itself is vegan scrapple.
