The guy who works next to me bought Peanut Butter and Co's Peanut Butter with Raisins. The raisins were hard as rocks so so wrote the company an e-mail (yeah, he's one of those).
They sent him a coupon for the same product.

This is true.
The only time I've sent an e-mail complaining about food was a bag of "p'nuttles" I got at work.
The peanuts (covered in delicious toffee) were all rotten. Oddly enough, I ate 4 or 5 before I gave up.
They sent me a huge jug of p'nuttles. I put on 6 pounds the next week.
