Living in NYC apartments for the last fifteen years, I've heard my fair share of my neighbors arguments, like last night. What was different about this one was the subject matter....
"What do you want me to do?!?"
"It's disgusting!"
"I couldn't make it to the bathroom!"
"You could at least clean the floor!"
"I thought I got it all...I thought it only got on my shoes!"

The funny thing about this conversation is that there are a few things they could be talking about and they are all pretty gross.
hey caitlin,
not sure if the actual conversation was more graphic but it was pretty obvious what they were talking about - also, they are around 60ish years old.
